Get That Body Back!

PictureMotivation on the fridge!
Okay, so my son is nearing 2.5 years old now and I never really did much to get myself back in shape.  I did lose most of my baby weight, but I was left a little soft and lumpy.  So now, before I travel down the road of motherhood again, I have decided to do something to help myself.
I am starting the 21 Day Fix. Many of you know I am not a fan of these programs, but I figured I'd give this one a shot because so many people swear by it.  I am not officially starting it until next Monday.  Before I start that I am doing a little Belly Buster group.
For five days I am eliminating all added sugars.  only naturally occurring sugar is allowed. I am pairing it with some ab blasting exercises!  Until I looked over the list of "added sugars" I never realized how awful our food is for us!  Half of the items in my pantry and refrigerator have some form of added sugar to them.  What a disappointment.  So I went for a quick shopping trip and brought the list with me.  It took me an hour to get a few items for this week, but I was proud of the fact that I stopped and carefully read each label!

Do you want to see the list of added sugar???
